Meet George Boos

George Boos out of Bodega Bay just recently retired from fishing.

After 23 years fish business the regulations got too be too much so George and his wife of 59 years decided to "relax". George's idea of "relax" is to work as a deckhand on another crabber's boat. While he fished, George fished for California King

Salmon and Dungeness Crab, now he just crabs.

He got his start in fishing after he worked for a large corporation and decided it was time to move on. George sells to "The Tides Wharf" in Bodega Bay and North Coast Fisheries.

When asked for a favorite way to prepare fish, George responded, "It's pretty hard to spoil a fresh California salmon."

Look for the F/V Magdalena Bay in Bodega Bay.
